Dominique is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana

with a knack for identifying & eliminating barriers to accessing healthcare for vulnerable populations. 
She has a diverse clinical background, with over 17 years

of nursing experience in Oncology,

Wound Care, Medical -Surgical care,

Interventional Radiology and Trauma. 
She has thrived in the primary care setting providing care to adult, geriatric, outpatient and inpatient populations.

Ms. Howard was inspired to expand her skillset as a clinician and earned a Master of Science in Nursing, graduating from Southern University A&M in 2017.

Her Undergraduate Bachelor's of Science was obtained from

Dillard University in 2007. 
Ms. Howard has a vast amount of knowledge and proven experience in acute care, primary care, long term care,

skilled nursing and assisted living communities. 
She practices from a holistic perspective and utilizes evidence-based modalities targeted towards client and family centered goals to promote optimal outcomes.

Ms. Howard is a dedicated and compassionate professional with the strong clinical decision-making skills necessary to effectively communicate and build relationships across the care continuum.
Ms. Howard is an active member of the

American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Georgia Association of Nurse Practitioners (GANP)

and Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP).
